BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

TARIFFS: Tariffs include linen and are subject to change without notice.  When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
DEPOSITS: To confirm a booking a deposit is required within 14 days.  Cheques will be accepted for deposits only.
REFUND: If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless and until the apartment is relet for the total period of the proposed tenancy.  The cancellation must be confirmed in writing.  A cancellation will attract a $50 administration fee.
PAYMENT: Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to a refund.  Payments may be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard.
UNIT ALLOCATION: Where possible management will allocate request units.  When circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
